As President and Managing Partner, Rob oversees all company operations and strategically allocates resources across FPC’s diverse portfolio. With more than 30 years of experience in South Florida’s construction market, he has guided projects across the municipal, institutional, industrial, and hospitality sectors. Rob combines deep industry knowledge with a results-driven approach, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

As Vice President and a Managing Partner, Carlton provides executive oversight for all FPC projects, guiding strategy and making critical decisions to ensure successful outcomes. With over 20 years of multi-disciplinary experience, he has contributed to some of the region’s most high-profile and complex projects, bringing a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and visionary insight.
