The Superintendent for the project will maintain control of self performed crafts persons and subcontractors on the project. The Superintendent will maintain the high standards of construction for the project and assure all construction codes are maintained. 

The Superintendent will attend all meetings as required for the project and will work with the Project Manager in maintenance of the project schedule and cost. 

The Superintendent will provide leadership in the application of the Safety Program. The Superintendent will report directly to the Project Manager and the Companies Safety Professional.
