Jaycee Park

Jaycee Park underwent a major redevelopment transforming a nearly 12-acre Caloosahatchee Riverfront park into a revitalized waterfront destination for the City of Cape Coral. FPC served as Construction Manager for the project, which included an upgraded riverfront boardwalk, improved pathways and waterfront access, inclusive playground areas, shaded picnic spaces, beach volleyball courts, a 5,000-square-foot splash pad, food truck court, bandshell, boat docks, Bistro concession building, and expanded covered gathering areas. The completed park enhances accessibility, recreation, and community use while creating a vibrant destination for residents and visitors.
