Charlotte County West County Annex 

This project involved the replacement of the existing facility with an approximately 18,000sqft annex. This facility is be a full service governmental annex to include multiple County department offices for; Tax Collector, Elections, Human Services, Veterans Services, Property Appraiser, and Utilities. The existing building remained operational during the phased construction of the project. The project completed 2-months ahead of schedule and over $500k below budget.
