Spanning 22 acres along the Charlotte Harbor, this Allegiant Airlines owned resort features 785 guest rooms, a 2300-foot waterfront promenade, 60,000 square feet of meeting and conference space,7 stand-alone restaurants, a food hall, and 2 guest pools.  FPC was selected early in the project to undertake preconstruction efforts and played an active role in all phases of construction throughout completion of the project.*
