Bayshore Park

This half mile, seven-acre special purpose park included a variety of multipurpose trails, playground, special event spaces, riverbank restoration, historical display kiosks, numerous parking areas, decorative lighting and landscaping. FPC has completed numerous follow-up projects to the initial park redevelopment including hurricane repairs, LED site lighting retrofits, irrigation system upgrades, and others. In 2023, we completed the addition of a $1.3M stabilized grass parking lot with pedestrian interconnection to the County’s greater Harbor Walk. The park suffered serious damage from hurricane Ian, and FPC has been involved in the recovery efforts as well.
