A 20,000 square foot library and archive serving the extended south county community. The facility scope includes library area, meeting rooms, Friends of the Library area, youth and program space, computer area with instructional classes, and space for archive functions.
Project also includes functional enhancements to the exterior of the building, with elements including:
- Covered entry on the parking lot side of the building, including an extended walkway to the parking area
- Covered program space on the north side
- Enhanced arch/parapet elevations on the north side
- Roof overhangs at windows to provide additional sun protection
