This project involved the complete site development and building construction for a new ~360,000 square foot state of the art, commercial food service distribution warehouse. The facility includes 20,000 SF of administrative offices, a fully equipped commercial kitchen, and an ammonia-based refrigeration system that serves the refrigerated warehouse.
In 2021, FPC was retained to complete an 85,000 square foot expansion to the original facility. The project included protection of ongoing operational facilities, tilt-up concrete panel construction, additional distribution racking space, and a 16,800 square foot flour cooler.
